Our story begins in the heart of Guanajuato, Mexico, where our family’s love for cooking was passed down through generations. Growing up, the kitchen was the center of our home—a place where fresh ingredients, cherished recipes, and heartfelt laughter brought us all together. We learned from our abuelita (grandmother) the art of making handmade tortillas, slow-cooking tender meats, and crafting vibrant salsas that reflect the bold flavors of our heritage.
